Remote support

We can solve 90 % of all support tasks remotely from our office, using different support management tools and VPN in order to gain access to our clients’ systems.

Onsite support

In the rare cases when we cannot perform a given task remotely, we will simply hit the road and fix it at your premises.

Ad Hoc IT support

With Ad Hoc IT support at One Sky, you can always call us and get help with your challenges. If you are already a customer, you will receive Ad Hoc assignments at a cheaper hourly rate. We take the phone and provide you with the necessary documentation – and with a smile on the lip too.

IT support on appointment

With IT support by appointment, you get IT support when you need it, for a fixed monthly fee and a reduced hourly rate. If your need is greater, we can provide you with a tailor made agreement where we agree on a fixed monthly and hourly rate. Here you also have the opportunity to get 24/7 IT support.

IT-operation agreement

If your need is even greater than just IT support, we offer a full IT business agreement with, among other things, IT support, backup, hosting and business consulting of your IT setup. See more under One Sky as an External IT department.
